It's interesting that under questioning by a Republican Congressman at a hearing on Foreign Policy Priorities last Wednesday that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton let it be known that it is okay to borrow money from China and then give most of it back to China in the form of a Grant. 

Yes!  That's right!  It seems that out of a 1.5 billion dollar loan to the U.S. from China, the Obama Admistration gave China back 900 million dollars on which Americans are paying the interest.  She told the Congressman that the World Fund passes the money on to China and that China does a lot of good with the money.  Huh?
